The GOP has spent 8 years fighting Obamacare and claiming that they have a plan. That was always a lie. They always claimed that repealing Obamacare would benefit Americans. That too was a lie.

Everything that the GOP uttered (and is still uttering about Obamacare - the ACA for those idiots who don’t realize they’re the same thing) is a lie. They claim that it’s in a death spiral - it isn’t. They claim that it’s made things more expensive - it hasn’t. They claim that it killed jobs - it did the opposite.

But what little we’ve seen of GOP alternatives is that it would:

1) kill jobs - millions of them in fact as the CBO and others warn if ACA is repealed with no alternatives
2) increases medically induced bankruptcies (and hospitals face insolvency once again)
3) covers fewer people
4) covers less medically
5) costs more.

So recap: The GOP alternative to the “horrible and freedom-killing” Obamacare is a plan that costs more, covers less, and gives insurers the freedom to fuck over their insureds with higher costs, less coverage, and exposes more people to medically induced bankruptcies.

In other words, the GOP have vaporware/malware and the CBO called them on it with a horrific scoring of their plan.

I actually went to Paul Ryan’s website and read the whole “Better Way” plan which I will summarize for you here:

1. HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) which is another round of TAX CUTS FOR THE RICH. People who live paycheck to paycheck can’t afford them.

2. Remove “individual mandate” and replace it with “individual responsibility” because freedom

3. High risk pools for people with pre-existing conditions (which they can’t afford)

So the GOP plan is FUCK YOU & DIE IN PAIN
