Gov Bevin wants to use Kansas as a model for Kentucky.

Actually Bevin is taking about trying to increase revenue to shore up the pension system for state employees, one of the worst funded in the nation. As you might expect, GOP legislators aren’t real excited about the thought of raising taxes.
