Mueller wasn’t allowed to indict. Hence we wasn’t allowed to investigate certain things. Things that would have proven crimes. He didn’t interview unindicted co-conspirators. He was put in a straitjacket. I didn’t say the report was worthless but it was ineffective.

This is something I commented on months back, that the idea that Mueller or his report would be the great savior of the republic was misleading and too many people were putting too much faith in his riding to the rescue. He was never a Ken Starr and our hope that he would be was foolish.
