Still wondering if I should pull 50% or more out of my 401K before the Dec. deadline That money is what I’m expecting to live on for the next few years until I can start drawing SS. I don’t want to lose it the rethugs actually manage to shut down the Government.

How is the money invested? Does it offer a money-market type fund as an option? That way you don’t have to withdraw funds but just transfer some around.
