These kinds of scares have been around since the late 60’s at least. They just keep recycling their fear talk with different ‘dangers’ since. From razor blades to drugs to who knows that will be next. I pretty much chalk the fear pushers up to people that hate Halloween and are trying to throw a wrench into the whole holiday.

You’re exactly right. The people pushing these Halloween scares are the hard-core Christians who believe Halloween is a demonic holiday and want its celebration to be banned.
