I sympathize with your wife-maybe you can go somewhere where you have cell phone reception so she can be reassured that you won’t die alone in the frozen wilderness?

If I go, there will be no cell phone coverage. But not to worry, there is a Ski Lodge within 5 miles (as the crow fly’s) from my prospective camp ground.
