No argument there. I hate that reps from poorer states and regions often ironically often have to vote against stuff that would benefit those regions heavily.

The idea is to move the ball down field a little bit at a time. Using a football analogy because I hate football, not every play is a Hail Mary pass; a lot of them are on the ground moving the ball only a couple yards at a time.

The problem is purity ponies who want their pony right now.
