As I understand, it involved changing the “Us Consulate, Jerusalem” to read “US Embassy, Jerusalem” while leaving the bulk of operations in Tel Aviv.

So it’s just a glorified PR move that will infuriate people, cost money, and just make Trump feel good about doing little to nothing. Great job Donnie.
