Trump is just missing the obvious — the rise in atmospheric CO2 is accompanied with a fall in atmospheric O2. No free oxygen, no forest fires.

Global warming may be the cause of forest fires over the short term, but give it enough time and it will be the long term solution.

That isn’t happening. The ratio of oxygen to CO2 is 21%/.04%. CO2 is deadly at 5%. That means we’d be dead while O is still 16%.
