I personally think it all goes back to power, and who’s perceived to own it. The wealthy own it, but they have convinced certain segments of society - male in most cases, but whites when it comes down to two males - that they have it but that it’s being taken away. And they’ve been told that the solution to that is violence.

Not a single goddamn thing is being taken away from white men.

They just have to share the top of the socioeconomic hierarchy with other folks who aren’t white men.

If that makes some white men uncomfortable, well….that’s too fucking bad. Time for them to pull on the big boy Underoos and quit acting like spoiled three-year-old toddlers.
