I don’t know - polonium is very rare, highly controlled stuff. The preferred assassination tool of upper class nations. I’d be very surprised if Hamas actually got their hands on enough polonium to do something like this, and had the sophistication to deliver it without being immediately detected. That doesn’t sound like Hamas.
