She shifted it to “comments made at the dedication” from everyone hearing it to only a few who heard the Congresswoman (‘loud talkin’) like an empty barrel.

And who would be those few that heard? Kelly and his imagination most likely. But we are sure to know they can’t be found or they will be people making more excuses that they heard it. A select few for sure.
