We had a serious chance to really have the most progressive minded court in years when Scalia died. McConnell as malicious as he is was and is far from stupid. He saw that and blocked the Garland appointment and would have held a HRC appointment hostage too. I hope all those smug libertarians who loved the Gorsuch pick are happy right now.

And don’t forget Milo, SMOTI and his little pal Lucien and all the Log Cabin fools who see nothing wrong when Christians discriminate against them…
