The image that summed it up for me was the protester with the sign that read “Obamacare is Immoral!”

And that is how their anti ACA arguments are couched: it is socialstic, redistributive and hence, an affront to God and Free Enterprise.

That’s despite the fact that Obamacare:

1) creates a new market where private insurance companies can promote their products against other insurers;
2) creates incentives for insurers to provide those plans (via subsidies given to the insureds);
3) improves the financial health of hospitals; and
4) reduces the number of uninsureds so that you can work towards a healthier workforce, which ultimately helps free enterprise.

Of course, if your god is a blood god, he’s losing out on his daily wages because he’s not getting enough people dying or falling ill for people to pray to him for aid and comfort - so his power is sapped.
