Yeah, the racism is definitely part of the mix. Sometimes I wish they would show their disdain by ignoring him because I wish him some peace. Then I remember that he’s built for this and wants to continue pushing towards a more perfect union with us.

I always amazed that President Obama cares enough to continue working for these people who will attack him if he does, and attack him if he doesn’t.

They give rump the benefit of the doubt in EVERY situation - yet expect the black guy to meet their highest of ideals. I’m finding it truly sad that I wake each day hoping for bad news about the US - be it political or economic. The sooner the media and the people realise what a disaster they have with all levels of government controlled by the GOP - the sooner the recovery can start. ALWAYS a democrat has to build the recovery from what republicans have done.

100 days of majority in the Senate and the House - and they can’t even pass a budget or fund the government. When you elect people who don’t want to govern - this is the result.
