Somewhere in Russia there is someone, possibly just an un-appreciated clerk, who has it within their power to change the world, and become one of the great figures of history. All he or she has to do is defect to a trustworthy Western country (ie not Trump’s US) with the full KGB/FSB files on agents of influence in the west. It’s risky, needless to say, but all great achievements involve risk.
