Don’t think so: if you look at the whole pic, there’s a sliver of the hilt at the bottom, and you can see that blade has either a triangular(?) or square (?) cross-section, so either epee or foil..

Dude. She medaled in Saber. Also, foil target is only the torso, and her lamé clearly has sleeves.
