That’s the kitchen of a household that orders/eats out almost every meal and whose guests always marvel at how it’s so much cleaner than their own at home.

More like the kitchen of an enormously overpriced condo in an enormously overpriced Manhattan mega-sliver, where the design is the main thing, and it’s unlikely to ever be actually cooked in or eaten in.
