So I just walked home from the store with Skittles and a drink, wearing a hoodie. Saw lots of folks on my way home. Not once did anyone look at me funny, chase me down, or try to attack me.

Guess that’s the advantage of being a white Latina woman. I’m not automatically considered “suspicious”. =P

You would be looked at funny in Houston doing that today. It was over 90 degrees.
