Sooo-here’s my question.

A neighbor down the street has tattoos (I can see them in the summer when she wears capris). She sometimes wears hoodies as well. I’m pretty sure she has candy in her house or possibly SUV.

Should I get my piece out and stalk her?

Is she black? If not, can you use photoshop to darken one of her pictures?
