One of two things needs to happen to UpChuck. Either he needs to get a perma-ban from Twitter a la Todd Kinncannon (thereby shutting down all his “research”) or he needs to get arrested for stalking/harassment. He seemingly comes perilously close to either one of those actually happening, but alas…
