He’s the best president Russia has ever had. Quite a feat since he wasn’t elected in Russia but neither was Putin.

Russia has achieved its aims: we are derailed, haplessly floundering about and ifgiting, while Russia is able to do whatever it wants wherever it wants in the world with only minimal US interference.
