Being that I’ve seen this sh*t before when I was black while growing up under Jim Crow in GA, I am not afraid. If I learned anything from living through that period of my life is that courage in the face of hate wins. There was an anti-white supremacy rally in my middle GA city today attended by hundreds. Whites outnumbered POC and it made tears come to my eyes because it wasn’t this way 50 years ago during the Civil Rights Era. There is an anti-white supremacy rally taking place at GA College in Milledgeville this evening, which is also a very good thing to happen here in Middle GA.
