It is important, otherwise everyone gets thrown off John Cornyn crying crocodile tears for our recent departed immigrant torturer, and on to grandma’s washing.

I hope there is some mechanism whereby she can be held to account. She and everybody and anybody else who facilitated these horrors. Ripping families apart and doing quite possibly permanent damage to these children, not all of whom even survive the experience. I can’t remember who here pointed out that these family separations are a genocidal act, but if we as a country shrug it off… well, fuck. What isn’t permissible then?
