Why? Trudeau is not a racist. He has been exemplary when it comes to the treatment of refugees (even meeting them at airports) and I’ve yet to hear of any racist incidents in his past. Wearing blackface is wrong but he has apologized and these incidents are well in his past. I hope Canadians aren’t silly enough to ditch him for Scheer who sounds like an actual racist and xenophobe.

I have never seen a version of the Aladdin story in which he was any sort of African, thus I have trouble with the “blackface” bit. (Is it still wrong when a Disney actor does it?)
