The new normal may wind up never getting back to pre-Covid levels as many large businesses are finding out they don’t need to spend all that money on Class A business buildings and traveling for meetings, and all of that resulting knock-out effects.

My large employer is worried that we’re not going to get as much done at home as we do at work. Plus, for many large companies, there is always the worry that someone will steal their IP. And there are plenty of people that are actually itching to get back with their coworkers because they need the contact.
