Good grief.

This is the thing….Limbaugh isn’t going to be repudiated because they all agree with him. He didn’t go over the line, he just showed the dittoheads where the new line was. They’ve been dying to call women who use contraceptives or other forms of family planning “sluts” but they didn’t think they could get away with it. El Rushbo (ClearChannel, and all their advertisers) just gave them the go ahead to use that type of language.

And this instance really shows just how rudderless the current GOP actually is. I can’t imagine that Ronald Reagan would have stood for language like this…..Limbaugh would be ostracized from the party if there were any real leaders. But there aren’t. And it’s just the latest example that the only thing the GOP has going for it is anger and hate. I’d be shocked if a political party can exist for long when seething hatred is the only reason they give to voters.
