2. It was a long time ago
3. Even if he did it - it was still a long time ago
4. This is no reason to stop the nomination

I’m pretty sure attempted rape is a felony, and since there’s no statute of limitions for attempted rape in Maryland, Judge Kavanaugh has been credibly accused of a felony for which he could face charges TODAY.

Hatch should have hung up his spurs a while back, but then he was always shitty.
