When it comes to dealings with Ukraine, Energy Secretary Rick Perry told CBN News he probably has the most expansive relationships as any cabinet secretary but says he’s never heard Joe Biden or his son Hunter come up in conversation.

So what does this even mean?

I guess it depends on how the regime is planning to/thinks it can spin it. “Biden name didn’t come up” can mean either:

A) No dirt-digging was solicited, i.e. FAKE NEWS!! HOAX!! spin vindicated; or

B) (much more likely IMO) Rick Perry was out of the loop on the dirt-hunting/quid-pro-quo stuff, and is now being set up* as the Fall Guy. Or Convenient Witness, take your pick.
