Not to discount what Burr did, but I mean how “Inside” was the info really? Anyone with a functioning brain and knowledge of how viruses spread could have figured out shit was about to go down and make financial decisions accordingly.

It comes down to whether the “classified” briefing involved more info than the general public has.
