Mapo dofu is really close to tofu chili and it’s magic. One of my favorite things to cook.

Learned how to make that from an ex.gf. At first I was taken aback at the notion of combining tofu and ground pork, but it makes sense, just a small amount to enhance the flavor of the tofu.
