Maybe its just me, but I am not terribly fond of Jews being called Christians. The most commonly held beliefs around the origins of the scrolls suggest that these were Jews that hid them. Given that they were found amidst mikvahs and tefillin boxes.

I’m sure they’ll be retroactively considered Christian once Glenn Beck is done baptizing their corpses. (Beck is a Mormon right?)
