In Wisconsin, the Dem’s were. He’s pretty spot on there IMO.

PA, Iowa, Ohio, too. The last two were essentially non-competitive.

A different candidate, a fresh face, in 2020 should help. But I fear there are deeper problems—i.e. the makings of a Democratic coalition in these states is deteriorating. In other words, Dem electoral problems may be more than just Hillary Clinton fatigue.
