Yeah, but once Cohen was in the EU proper, then it’s pretty much all Schengen. For example, if he flew from Rome to Prague, then he wouldn’t have to undergo passport control as it’s intra-EU travel.
True, but for the important part - showing Cohen was in Europe - that should be straight forward.
If Cohen was using multiple passports then that is an additional crime, no?
I had multiple passports at one time but that is because one of them was an official (with Franklin on the cover) passport. Did Cohen have an official passport?
