Apparently there’s a provision in the law (or perhaps it was the governor’s signing statement - I only saw it in passing) that recognized that the law is “currently unenforceable.” Which leads to the very honest question of:

WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU PASS A BILL THAT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE IS UNENFORCEABLE?
