Germany has almost three times more hospital beds per 1000 residents than the US.
The claims that the US private health care system is “the best in the world” is about to hit a hard wall.
It *does* deliver first-class treatment to those who can afford it, so you can have the *best* treatment in the world if you are among the happy few (well insured and/or rich). But for emergencies and general public health? It’s sub-par.
