I’m not a big believer in IQ meaning much, despite (or perhaps because) I test very far on the right side of the curve. There seem to be much better indicators for both “success” and happiness/satisfaction that this one particular test.

So do I, and I know that motivation and positive attitude will lead to success and happiness better than being smart will. Understanding society and the world is a burden. It’s all about watching people do things that you know are stupid and destructive, having the majority go along with it, and then having the outcome occur exactly as expected.
