I’d imagine a few people are for the chop - hopefully, metaphorically, not literally. But if some folks get jail time over this (the local equivalent of involuntary manslaughter and/or negligent homicide), it would probably end up with Iran looking pretty good in the eyes of a lot of people, East or West.

The offenders can always cite the warning they received from Trump henchman Sean Hannity that an air attack on Tehran was imminent. I doubt the court martial will buy it completely but it could help with punishment.
