Doubtful. I do believe there is plenty going on we just don’t know about. In some cases, this is a function of national security. In others, a function of the patronizing nanny state. And before I am outed - yes, I am a slightly Libertarian leaning Federalist. But I do believe in a strong foreign policy component of federal government, and I believe that every country/people have a responsibility toward the international community.
