That’s no fun. Sales is fun because you get to help people shop. I love shopping.

The sales part of retail is fun. The “dealing with an irate customer who thinks that the service provider should replace his phone for free when he decided not to get the insurance and then decided to make a call in the rain” is much less fun. And I saw that exact scenario several times when I was in mobile phone sales.
