Not disputing that. I meant that Sen. Santorum’s policy preferences would seem to reserve capital punishment for a non-fatal crime to rape of a child under 12 and rapes where physical force was actually used. Neither he nor I would dispute that all rapes involve someone forcing themselves on another person.
