Frankly that meme gets at what many of us have agreed to be what defines conservatism. A bunch of people who want to live in modern society without having to pay for it and deal with it. It’s so easy to hate on feminists I guess if you take for granted the fact that suffrage for women isn’t even a century old, that spousal rape only became a crime in many states a generation ago, etc. Being a right winger is all about glorifying a mystical past that never was.
