How did you roast it, super high (450-500*) like I prefer, or a lower temp. Do tell, you can’t tease us like that, you’re not Sarah Palin. (I know, that was a low blow…. 1 point mandatory deduction)

Just looked and my timing post it got trashed! ( I always have a timing post it!!) Memory is 350 for 45, 450 for 15. It was a 4lb chicken. I just went off the net.
