Seriously. Did the admin not listen to Comey at all when he mentioned that the FBI doesn’t comment on news articles for fear of legitimizing or confirming their claims?

How does the 1st Amendment not win in this scenario. In this case the government is the entity attempting to stop speech from an individual using a corporate medium. I am not too certain that Trump’s normal lawyers (read: hacks who sue/scam everyday people for their kingpin Drumpf) understand that this attack by him would be deemed improper (at least in my understanding of the 1st Amendment).

I await lawhawk’s answer with hope.
