It’s the name on the NY Times byline from Gaza. A New York Times “Journalist”

I turned on CNN yesterday and saw and heard the last few minutes of a phone interview with a woman who sounded like a Hamas propagandist. I thought I was mistaken when the CNN anchor referred to her as a NY Times correspondent.

Today, again, I saw her being interviewed by CNN.

The Hamas line, word by word.

This guy Nizar Rayyan wanted to be a martyr and that why he stayed at home. He was not afraid. She repeated how committed he was to being a martyr. His actions implied to be heroic.

Then she lamented that kids were killed in the attack.

CNN didn’t bother to ask why if this guy knew he was on Israel’s hit list AND WANTED TO BE A MARTYR, did he surround himself with his kids.

This is who the Times has reporting from Gaza, a hard core Arab propagandist.

It’s remarkable.
