I just wonder how all the Mormon-istic behavior will affect the SoCon base of the GOP. Will they just ignore it and vote for Mitt anyway, or will they really rebel against the idea of voting for a non-Christian (some say “Satanic”) cult?

I don’t know. Frankly it doesn’t seem much different from your typical Republican Christian base.
