Wrong wording. What I mean is, by attacking those rebels who are radical and needlessly violent, those who are more moderate will have more room to breathe, and will get more supplies, nudging things in a good direction.

When it comes to writing on violence, I’d recommend re-reading and editing several times, then Preview, then delete.
