Thinking DD would be forthcoming about who those infiltrators are, legal ramifications or not, is fool’s folly, IMHO. There’s no way he’d admit that CCJ was intimately involved.

The judge has pretty much shut down every legal argument DD’s lawyers have proposed so far. There is still an appeal to the 9th Circuit in the wind that might save DD from divulging that information to NAF’s attorneys. If the appeal fails, he’ll be in contempt of court if he fails to comply with the judge’s orders.
