Best case scenario (in my fantasies). Trump realizes that it would be great politics to actually provide universal coverage instead of lying about it, and works with Democrats to make the ACA work better. Then he gets the massive tax cuts for the rich he wants through tax reform instead of repealing the ACA.

If Trump really did that, the GOP would begin impeachment proceedings within 48 hours.
