That’s an interesting wrinkle.
If a notary was required for the agreement and the notary didn’t sign it, the agreement is invalid on its face (forget all the other legal wrangling).
It also shows there is an agreement if Texas is investigating it (thereby torpedoing Trump’s and Cohen’s claims there was no such agreement).
I am really glad this is “stupid Watergate,” as a competent crook wouldn’t have been caught in any of this.
